Designed enterprise modules at Tekion and subscription management systems at Eulerity NYC supporting 20M+ devices. Most recently, simplified the FEDVIP experience at BENEFEDS.gov, serving 1.2M+ federal employees and families across the United States. Currently, managing UX Strategy for IMPACT Boston & teaching AI agents to speak Design System fluently.
